Visit England Award

5* Gold Award has been given to The Engine House, one of our holiday properties on the Caerhays Estate.

Such are the costs of annual inspections to achieve Visit England 5 star status that we have decided only to apply for one formal inspection of one holiday property each year. In previous years all of our holiday let properties have achieved 4 or 5 star status. (Those achieving 4 stars rather than 5 were held back only because of the Visit England rule book in relation to the template and layout of these 100 year old buildings)

Visitors to our holiday lets can therefore still be assured that the Caerhays holiday let portfolio remains of the highest quality in every respect.
