From our nursery safely to your door

It is rare for any two mail orders to be identical so packing individual orders which might contain a 3 metre tree as well as shrubs and herbaceous plants is a skilled business.

There is no such thing as a standard box and part of the skill of the packer is to ensure that plants are secure and fully protected for shipment.

Many customers are concerned about the risks of damage in transit. Our experience is that breakages are thankfully very rare and we hope that this is in no small measure due to the experience and expertise of our packing department.

All larger orders are dispatched by overnight courier to arrive on the next working day.

Smaller orders are dispatched by Parcelforce's guaranteed 48-hour service which is traceable and insured. The 48-hour service applies to working days and not weekends.

During the course of one year we will despatch separate orders to well over 20 different countries.
