  • Good to know - 'Band of Nobles' series. An improvement on the Russell strain. Attractive to insects.
  • Pests & Diseases - slugs, gall, mildew, leaf spot, virus, fungal and bacterial rot.
  • Place of Origin - garden origin.
  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
  • Height - in metres - 90cm (36in)
  • Spread - in metres - 70cm (28in)
  • Herbaceous - Early in the year, typically January till end of March, herbaceous plants might be supplied in 9cm pots to ensure timely despatch. - clump-forming perennial. Strong, densely-packed flower spikes.
  • Full Sun
  • Partial Shade
  • Free draining sandy soil - light and moderately fertile
  • Harmful if eaten - These will give you an upset tummy, so please don't eat any of these.
