Evergreen - grey-green, lopsidedly triangular leaves 0.5-2cm (¼-¾in) long.

Tall Shrub - or small tree of open to dense habit with short, pendent branches. Profusely flowering in racemes 5-10cm (2-4in) long.

Hardiness Rating

Frost hardy - Plant can withstand temperatures down to -5°C (23°F)

Half hardy - Plant can withstand temperatures down to 0°C (32°F)

Will grow outside in milder locations - This could include plants which would survive happily in a greenhouse or conservatory if not in a mild location. If you have a sheltered spot in your garden then it may do well here. - loam based compost for greenhouse - plenty of light.
