  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
  • Height - in metres - 1.8m (6ft), more in mild climates.
  • Spread - in metres - 60cm (24in)
  • Evergreen - arching, broadly linear, white-striped leaves to 60cm (24in) long.
  • Ornamental Grasses - clump-forming, rhizomatous perennial with stout stems. Produces terminal panicles of light-green to purple spikelets to 60cm (24in) long.
  • Full Sun - protect from strong winds.
  • No Preference - thrives in moist conditions.
