 RECOMMENDED 
Beautiful small deciduous or semi-evergreen shrub. White bell-shaped flowers resembling a large 'lily of the valley' are aniseed scented and appear in clusters in June-July. New leaves have a conspicuous glaucous appearance

Burncoose Catalogue Code

Medium Shrub - Typically grow to around 4-6 feet in height - spreading shrub with slender, arching shoots. Flowers, 1.2cm (½in) long, are produced in erect racemes to 20cm (8in) long.
Semi-evergreen - Keeps some of its foliage all year, and will drop some leaves as well. - oblong-ovate leaves to 8cm (3in) long.
