Young growth coral-red, attractive autumn tinting, striated bark

Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)

Deciduous - broadly oval, mid to dark-green leaves to 12cm (5in) long with 3 pointed lobes turn red in autumn.
Tree - spreading, arching branches striped green and white and red young shoots. Produces flowers in pendent racemes.
Fertile moist well-drained soil
Rounded to broadly spreading
