
Luke, has spent the majority of his career working in the Leisure industry, also working in the NHS and in Hong Kong.
Inspired by The Vean’s enviable location, overlooking the glorious Caerhays Castle Gardens, he is looking forward to being part of the unique country house and offering a first class experience in a stunning part of Cornwall:

We will be providing a very special bespoke experience for guests whether they are celebrating their wedding, staying for B&B or joining us for a lunch - I want our guests to have a completely unforgettable time so they want to come back again!”
Looking to continue the high quality standards that have already been set, Luke is also keen to develop new and exciting opportunities to enhance guest and visitor experiences. “With Nicky on board as Head Chef we can now offer a whole new culinary experience.”
Both Luke and Nicky want to promote The Vean to the local community while looking at new and exciting opportunities such as a ‘pop-up’ restaurant for lunches throughout April next year, plus residential courses and welcoming new and previous guests.
