The Vean at Caerhays has announced the launch of its first Yoga Residential Weekend taking place at the luxurious Georgian retreat in April.
Cornish Yoga Teacher Jenny Dufton will lead the residential weekend and offer guests the chance to unwind and relax in the peaceful setting of Caerhays Estate. With daily yoga and meditation classes, specially designed nutritious menus and the Caerhays Gardens for tranquil exploration, the weekend will offer guests the chance to nourish, nurture and rejuvenate their bodies and minds.Lucinda Rimmington, Marketing Manager at Caerhays Estate, says of The Vean’s Yoga Weekend:

Yoga and Brunch (non-residential) - £25.00 per person per day. The price includes the early morning Yoga class followed by a delicious Brunch.
