Cookery weekend - Pastry, Desserts and Puddings.
Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th March 2016
Two days of hands on working with Nicky our in-house chef, you will cover a range of skills basic and advanced in pastry.
Arrive 6pm Friday evening for 7.30pm Dinner
Saturday Breakfast 7.30-8.80
Course starts 9.30 -1.30 followed with a buffet lunch.
You will then have free time to explore the magnificent Caerhays Castle gardens or take a walk on the beach, or just time to relax at The Vean.
Dinner at 7.30.
Sunday Breakfast 7.30-8.30
Course starts 9.30- 1.30pm followed by a buffet lunch.
Then tasting all the desserts and recipes to take home.

Price is £400 per person this includes: 2 night’s luxury 5*accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner with tea, coffee and fruit juice plus entrance to Caerhays Castle gardens.
There is a full pay bar should you require a glass of wine with dinner!
