Commonly known as the 'Climbing Lily' or the 'Glory Lily'
1. Plant tubers in a good quality compost mid April, with a 2" layer of compost on top.
2. Plant supports or canes should be used now to prevent root and tuber damage later, or temporary canes can be used now and replaced as plants grow. Water well and protect from late frosts.
3. Tie plants to supports, as necessary, with garden twine.
4. Feed regularly with a high potash feed to encourage flowers.
5. After flowering remove any seed pods. Water and feed until plants start to die back, then stop watering completely.
6.Remove dead growth and canes in the autumn. Store pots in a dry shed/garage in the existing compost through the winter. Do not water. Following spring re-start process.
