FASCICULARIA bicolor

A native of Chile which forms a dense clump of spiky grey-greenish evergreen leaves. The central leaves form a rich crimson rosette and tubular sky-blue flowers appear from the centre. A spectacular plant which prefers a warm sheltered position in a rock garden or well drained situation.
