We will be at the Chelsea Flower Show as normal in the Great Pavillion. it will be our 41st year, sponsored again by The King's Trust supporter, Hand Picked Hotels.
We are using our garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show to showcase Burncoose classics, alongside planting examples from the temperate rainforest, pockets of which still exist in Cornwall today and keen gardeners can replicate using the species on show in the Burncoose Garden.
The garden this year will highlight many species Burncoose has become famous for, including the very best in ericaceous plants, such as Azaleas and Rhododendrons. Visitors to the stand will also be able to see and gain gardening inspiration from lichen and mosses, alongside Cornus, Davidia and Paulownia.
Owner of Burncoose Nurseries, Charles Williams said: “It is great to return to Chelsea for our 41st year and to be celebrating the very essence of Burncoose. We are incredibly proud of our extensive catalogue of mail order plants available online and shipped around the world. Our garden this year brings us back to the core of gardening favourites and I am excited for people to see and be reminded of many of the classics.”
Supporters of The King’s Trust, Hand Picked Hotels, a unique collection of award-winning country house and spa hotels located throughout the UK and the Channel Islands, is sponsoring the Burncoose garden.
