    EREMURUS

    Commonly known as Desert candle, Foxtail lily

    Spikes of lightly scented flowers adored by bees.

    Genus of about 40-50 species of clump-forming, fleshy-rooted perennials found in dry grassland and semi-desert in western and central Asia.

      Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
