  • Deciduous - 5- to 7-palmate, dark green leaves compose of stalkless or short-stalked, often slightly twisted, leaflets 25cm (10in) long.
  • Shades of pink - All shades of pink through to Carmine (red) - rose pink
  • Height - 20m (70ft)
  • Spread - 15m (50ft)
  • Tree - spreading tree. Produces flowers with yellow centres followed by spiny fruit.
  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)

  • Harmful if eaten - These will give you an upset tummy, so please don't eat any of these.
