      Found in the wild. Flowers on new wood. Prune to lowest pair of healthy buds to create a low framework of branches. Neglected plants can be hard-pruned.

      Rounded shrub. Large, almost spherical flowerheads 20-25cm (8-10in) across of mainly sterile flowers.
