  • Deciduous - opposite, pinnate dark-green leaves, each divided into 3 oval leaflets, to 3cm (1¼in) long.
  • Yellow

  • Spread - 3m (10ft)
  • Climber - Some of these climbing plants will need trellis or wire supports if grown on walls or fences. Other grow aerial roots and are self-clinging - slender shrub with arching to scandent (loose stems growing through, but not attached to, supports) green shoots). Solitary, bright-yellow flowers are produced in the leaf axils before the leaves.
  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
