  • Deciduous - obovate-oblong to inversely lance-shaped mid-green leaves to 10cm (4in) long.
  • White - sometimes tinged pink.
  • Height - 2m (6½ft)
  • Spread - 3m (10ft)
  • Medium shrub - Typically grow to around 4-6 feet in height - compact and bushy, later spreading. Flowers are produced profusely before the leaves
  • Hardy - very cold winter - Hardy in all of UK and northern Europe. Plant can possibly withstand temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F)
  • Full sun - shelter from strong winds.
