    Large leaves to 1.2m (4ft) comprising up to 80 ovate leaflets, broadly and irregularly margined creamy white. Autumn colouring of yellow, orange or purple

    Upright, then spreading shrub with stout, spiny stems. Flowers are followed by spherical black fruit to 6mm (¼in) across
  • Hardy - cold winter Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
