  • Deciduous - variously lobed and toothed, mid-green leaves, 30-38cm (12-15in) long
  • Orange - orange red
  • Height - 45-90cm (18-36in)
  • Spread - 60-90cm (24-36in)
  • Herbaceous - Early in the year, typically January till end of March, herbaceous plants might be supplied in 9cm pots to ensure timely despatch. - clump-forming perennial spreading by runners. Erect, white-bristly stems and bristly leaves to 25cm (10in) long. Flowers 10-16cm (4-6in) across with 4-6 petals.
  • Very hardy - Hardy in the severest continental climates including exposed upland locations in the UK. Plant can withstand temperatures < -20 (-4°F)
