Flat topped with dense habit and stunning glaucous blue leaves

  • Pests & Diseases - red spider mite.
  • Place of Origin - garden origin.
  • Height - 45-75cm (18-30in)
  • Spread - 60-75cm (24-30in)
  • Dwarf shrub - Typically only grows to a maximum of one or two feet in height but there will be some exceptions. - neat irregular bush with light-brown stems. Closely-set branches angled upwards and outwards.
  • Evergreen - prickly blue-grey needles. Bright silver-blue shoots in spring
  • Very hardy - Hardy in the severest continental climates including exposed upland locations in the UK. Plant can withstand temperatures < -20 (-4°F)
  • Fertile moist well-drained soil
  • Full sun
