  • Deciduous - matt, dark green leaves to 20cm (8in) long cut into bristle-tipped lobes.
  • Height - 25m (82ft)

  • Tree - fast-growing tree with smooth grey-brown to dark-grey bark. Produces hemispherical acorns.
  • Very hardy - Hardy in the severest continental climates including exposed upland locations in the UK. Plant can withstand temperatures < -20 (-4°F)
