6th January 2021. In line with the current government lockdown rules, Burncoose Nurseries is closed to visitors. However at present we are able to offer click and collect to local customers. This will be weekdays only, not weekends.
Mail order is continuing as normal. However please allow extra time for the couriers to deliver, once despatched from us. Sorry to say that some depots are experiencing high volumes of traffic, also staff shortages.
STEPHANOTIS floribunda
Commonly known as Floradora, Wax flower
Heavily scented long white tubular flowers. Suitable only for a frost free greenhouse or conservatory or as a pot plant indoors when in flower

Evergreen - oval to broadly elliptic, thick, glossy, mid- to deep-green leaves to 10cm (4in) or more long.

Height - 3-6m (10-20ft) or more. -
Climber - Some of these climbing plants will need trellis or wire supports if grown on walls or fences. Other grow aerial roots and are self-clinging - woody-stemmed climber. Sparsely-branched, twining climber. Produces clusters of 3-6 flowers 4-6cm (1½-2½in) long
