Best golden form (female form)
Evergreen - elliptic to ovate, glossy leaves to 20cm (8in) long, usually with a few marginal teeth.
Height - 3m (10ft)
Spread - 3m (10ft)
Tall Shrub - rounded shrub. Produces bright red berries to 1cm (½in) across in autumn
Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
Partial shade - for best variegation.
Harmful if eaten - These will give you an upset tummy, so please don't eat any of these.
