  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)

  • Additional Features - Good to know - V. vinifera 'Muscat of Alexandria'. (Moscatel) Best grown under glass. Will benefit from hand pollination. Requires warmth for best results.
  • Pests & Diseases - powdery mildew, honey fungus. Under glass, scale insects, mealybugs.
  • Garden Location/Conditions - Greenhouse / conservatory - Not the sort of plants to be grown outside where there are likely to be frosts. These plants need to be grown in a conservatory or cool greenhouse or at least brought inside for the winter
