  • Evergreen - produces greyish green leaves 15-40cm (6-16in) long.
  • Blue - sky blue
  • Height - 1.2m (4ft)

  • Herbaceous - Early in the year, typically January till end of March, herbaceous plants might be supplied in 9cm pots to ensure timely despatch. - vigorous, clump-forming perennial. Produces rounded umbels 10-20cm (4-8in) across of bell-shaped flowers with a darker stripe on strong stems.
  • Hardy - average winter - Hardy through most of the UK apart from inland valleys, at altitude and central/northerly locations. May suffer foliage damage and stem dieback in harsh winters in cold gardens. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -10°C (14°F) - mulch for winter. Bring containers into shelter.
