MAHONIA nitens 'Cabaret'

Commonly known as Holly-leaved barberry, Mountain grape, Oregon grape

A brand new introduction with holly-like foliage and a very compact habit. Flowers are orange-red in bud on tall spikes, opening yellow

    Typically grow to around 4-6 feet in height
    Compact, many-stemmed shrub. Flowers are followed by blue berries.

    Hardy through most of the UK apart from inland valleys, at altitude and central/northerly locations. May suffer foliage damage and stem dieback in harsh winters in cold gardens. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -10°C (14°F)
