VIBURNUM tinus 'Lisarose'

Commonly known as Laurustinus

In winter, clusters of deep pink buds open to pale pink, ageing to white fragrant flowers, followed by blue/black fruits. Evergreen, compact shrub

  • Evergreen - narowly ovate to oblong dark green leaves to 10cm (4in) long
  • Shades of pink - All shades of pink through to Carmine (red) - dark pink buds opening to pale pink, fading to white

  • Spread - 2-2.5m (6-8ft)
  • Tall Shrub - dense, bushy shrub. Produces small, salverform flowers 6mm (¼in) across in flattened, terminal cymes to 10cm (4in) across
  • Hardy - average winter - Hardy through most of the UK apart from inland valleys, at altitude and central/northerly locations. May suffer foliage damage and stem dieback in harsh winters in cold gardens. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -10°C (14°F)
