OLEARIA arborescens 'Moondance'

Commonly known as Daisy bush, New Zealand daisy bush

A variegated leaved shrub with white and yellow edges to the green leaves sometimes tinged pink. Small white daisy-like flowers in summer

  • Evergreen - ovate, wavy-edged, leathery, shiny, grey-green, cream-margined leaves to 8cm (3in) long, silver-felted beneath. New growth is tinted pink
  • White - with yellow centres
  • Height - to 4m (13ft)

  • Tall Shrub - produces flowers in large, terminal corymbs to 15cm (6in) across
  • Half hardy - unheated greenhouse / mild winter - Hardy in coastal and relatively mild parts of the UK except in severe winters and a risk from sudden (early) frosts. May be hardy elsewhere with wall shelter or good micro-climate. Likely to be damaged or killed in cold winters. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -5°C (23°F)
