  • Semi-evergreen - Keeps some of its foliage all year, and will drop some leaves as well. - pinnate, dark green leaves 15-20cm (6-8in) long comprising 5-11 ovate-elliptic to lance-shaped, sharply-toothed leaflets 5-10cm (2-4in) long with long, pointed tips
  • Cream - creamy white
  • Height - 1.3m (4½ft)

  • Medium shrub - Typically grow to around 4-6 feet in height - vigorous, suckering shrub with erect or scandent stems. Produces 1 or 2 flowers, to 10cm (4in) across, terminally or from the leaf axils followed by almost spherical bright red fruits to 1cm (½in) across
  • Half hardy - unheated greenhouse / mild winter - Hardy in coastal and relatively mild parts of the UK except in severe winters and a risk from sudden (early) frosts. May be hardy elsewhere with wall shelter or good micro-climate. Likely to be damaged or killed in cold winters. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -5°C (23°F)
