(syn. Philotheca myoporoides) - Aromatic dark green leaves. Fragrant pinkish-white flowers

  • Evergreen - elliptic or oblong, warty leaves 5-12cm (2-4¾in) long
  • White - from pink buds
  • Height - 3m (10ft)
  • Spread - 2m (6½ft)
  • Tall Shrub - erect, bushy shrub with, usually, cylindrical, warty stems. Flowers are produced in axillary cymes to 10cm (4in) long
  • Tender - cool or frost free greenhouse - Tolerant of low temperatures, but not surviving being frozen. Except in frost-free inner-city areas or coastal extremities requires glasshouse conditions. Plant can withstand temperatures down to 1°C (34°F) - use lime-free potting compost in full light. may need restrictive pruning
