  • Deciduous - 5- to 7-palmate, glossy, dark green leaves with obovate or ovate leaflets 8cm (3in) or more long turning orange-yellow in autumn
  • Green - greenish yellow
  • Height - 20m (66ft)
  • Spread - 12m (39ft)
  • Tree - conical tree. Candles of flowers are followed by smooth-skinned fruit with 1 or 2 large seeds
  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
  • Full sun
  • Partial shade
  • Harmful if eaten - These will give you an upset tummy, so please don't eat any of these.
