  • Evergreen - rigid, linear, green-bronze leaves 1-2cm (½-¾in) long, set radially around the slender, mid-green shoots.
  • Height - 60cm (24in)
  • Spread - 1.5m (5ft)
  • Conifer - male flowers are produced in yellow, catkin-like cones, females in green cone-like structuires. Oblong, bright-red fruit 6mm (¼in) long are produced in autumn on female plants.
  • Dwarf shrub - Typically only grows to a maximum of one or two feet in height but there will be some exceptions. - responds well to pruning
  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
