    BERBERIDOPSIS

    Commonly known as Coral plant

    Genus of two species of woody, evergreen, scandent climber from moist woodland in Chile.

    Almost extinct or extinct in its native range through loss of habitat by the timber industry.

    Attempts are being made in the UK to save the species through vegetative propagation.
