I particularly like the quality of your plants - which is why I have returned to do another order - but also the fact I can pay by paypal (so easy) and that you include a feature allowing me to do an order but to tell you if I am going to be away and unable to accept a delivery during certain dates which is really helpful. Please don't send me a catalogue by post, I buy via the web and am happy to do it that way not least as a way of saving paper (and your postage costs). "
