Vouchers are ONLY redeemed on the website and can be used within a year.
The gift voucher can be used against a whole order including carriage and packing. Orders of more than the face value of the voucher will need to be completed by one of our other methods of payment. (Credit card, PayPal, cheque).
NO DISCOUNT CODES CAN BE USED FOR THE PURCHASE OF GIFT TOKENS
Once added to your Burncoose account, they are not transferrable, and values cannot be split. No refunds will be given for any parts of voucher unused. No cash refunds will be given for the whole voucher either. Should there be a problem with your plant and you are offered a refund, any vouchers will be refunded to your Burncoose account. Cannot be used for orders over the phone or in the nursery.
