Lecture by Charles Williams at Caerhays Castle
Charles Williams (owner) will give the lecture and conduct the garden tour.
The lecture will focus on his passion: ‘Magnolia Mania’, it will also discuss the historic origins of magnolias and the National Collec!on of Magnolias at Caerhays. In particular the talk will concentrate on the best new magnolia hybrids bred over the last 40 years in America, the Netherlands and New Zealand as well as at Caerhays itself.
Coffee/tea served in the Georgian Hall from 9.30am. Bring appropriate wet weather clothing and footwear for garden tour.
Lecture starts – 10am prompt
Finish approx. – 1pm
