Andrew Mills - Nursery Manager
Andrew Mills has over 20 years experience in plant production. After starting work in agriculture Andrew then moved on to horticulture and worked at Kehelland Horticultural Centre where he gained wide experience in the cultivation and growing of nursery stock. He took up the post of Nursery Foreman at Burncoose over 10 years ago and in September 2007 was appointed Nursery Manager.
Gemma Collins - Office Manager
Gemma joined the office team at Burncoose as an assistant to the Trade sales and stock control team. She has recently been promoted to Office Manager in 2023 and is getting settled in.
Stephen Dance
Stephen has been Office Manager at Burncoose since 2005 until 2022 when he semi-retired! Stephen’s father was Head Gardener at Burncoose for over 40 years and so his life has always revolved around plants. Stephen is still in the office three or four days a week if you wish to continue to challenge his knowledge with your plant queries and enquiries. Stephen will also now be working to expand and improve the extensive photographic library on our website.
