STEPHANANDRA incisa 'Crispa'

Commonly known as Lace shrub

Small dense shrub with zig-zag stems and crinkled leaves. Excellent ground cover. Flowers greenish-white in panicles

  • Deciduous - leaves to 8cm (3in) long turning orange-yellow in autumn
  • White - with a hint of pink

  • Dwarf shrub - Typically only grows to a maximum of one or two feet in height but there will be some exceptions. - thicket-forming shrub. Produces flowers in panicles to 8cm (3in) long.
  • Ground cover - These plants are typically low growing and spread quickly to inhibit weed growth on areas of bare soil
  • Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)
