    Robust, variable, bulbous perennial with narrowly inversely lance-shaped, glaucous leaves to 20cm (8in) long. Produces scapes 12-20cm (4¾-8in) tall, bearing large, rounded flowers 2-3cm (¾-1¼in) long with green markings at the apex and base
  • Hardy - cold winter
    Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)

    Thrives in dappled shade
