OSTEOSPERMUM
Commonly known as African daisy
(DIMORPHOTHECA) All produce a succession of daisy flowers from MAY-SEPT and require a hot sunny well drained site. Normally only despatched in late spring and early summer.
Genus of about 70 species of evergreen subshrubs, perennials and annuals, mostly from southern Africa but also from the Arabian Peninsula. mainly found in grassland, on rocky mountains, or at forest margins.
A favourite for garden hedges.
