  • Deciduous - dark green leaves to 10cm (4in) long, bronze when young, turning orange and red in autumn
  • Shades of pink - All shades of pink through to Carmine (red) - pale pink
  • Height - 10m (33ft)
  • Spread - 6m (20ft)
  • Tree - vase-shaped tree, conical when young. Flowers 4cm(1½in) across in clusters of 3-5 are produced as the leaves emerge
  • Hardy - very cold winter - Hardy in all of UK and northern Europe. Plant can possibly withstand temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F)
