    Vigorous,floriferous, late-flowering climber. Flowers are followed by fluffy seedheads.

    Hardy through most of the UK apart from inland valleys, at altitude and central/northerly locations. May suffer foliage damage and stem dieback in harsh winters in cold gardens. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -10°C (14°F)

    Good to know
    Late pollen and nectar for insects. Cut back previous year's stems to a pair of strong buds about 15-20cm (6-8in) above soil level before growth starts in early spring.
