Rhododendrons

There are so many rhododendron hybrids to choose from that creating a list of our recommendations and specialities has to be determined by what grows best with us here at Burncoose in the woodland gardens.
(Over 30 acres which are open all year, free entry!).

The plants on our list have three great attributes:-

They are only small or medium sized plants suitable for smaller gardens.
They are all tough, hardy and easy varieties to grow.
Their display is exceptional with regards to either flower or scent.

If you have room for rhododendrons which will grow into large shrubs then our selection has to include the very best at Burncoose, 'Cornish Red', loderi 'King George', and 'Fastuosum flore pleno'.
