    BESCHORNERIA

    A yucca-like exotic for a warm spot with super-sharp drainage.

    Genus of about 7 species of clump-forming, rosette-leaved succulents from semi-arid areas of Mexico.

    • Good to know
      Grown as specimen plants.
    • Evergreen
      Arching, often glaucous, lance-shaped leaves with fleshy keels and very fine marginal teeth.
    • Medium shrub
      Typically grow to around 4-6 feet in height
    • Succulent
      Perennial succulents. Slightly arching panicles of pendent, tubular flowers in late spring, early summer.
