Medicinal properties
Its flowers are sold in health shops. Lime flower tea, drunk after dinner, aids digestion. Its soothing properties alleviate hysteria, nervous vomiting or palpitation. -

Gall mites on leaves, scale insects on bark, aphids (producing sticky honeydew), honey fungus, Phytophthora root rot. -
