    Linear to narrowly lance-shaped leaves to 15cm (6in) long on stalks 1cm (½in) long

    Erect, clump-forming rhizomatous perennial, many branched from the middle upwards. Produces spikes of cup- to funnel-shaped flowers to 15cm (6in) long
  • Herbaceous Early in the year, typically January till end of March, herbaceous plants might be supplied in 9cm pots to ensure timely despatch.
  • Hardy - very cold winter Hardy in all of UK and northern Europe. Plant can possibly withstand temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F)
