  • Deciduous - long-stalked, broadly oval leaves to 18cm (7in) long, dark-green above, paler beneath.
  • Cream
  • White - creamy-white
  • Height - 1-2m (3-6½ft)
  • Spread - 1-2m (3-6½ft)
  • Medium shrub - Typically grow to around 4-6 feet in height - rounded shrub. Large, almost spherical flowerheads 20-25cm (8-10in) across of mainly sterile flowers.
  • Hardy - very cold winter - Hardy in all of UK and northern Europe. Plant can possibly withstand temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F)
  • Full sun - shelter from cold, drying winds.
