I particularly like the quality of your plants - which is why I have returned to do another order - but also the fact I can pay by paypal (so easy) and that you include a feature allowing me to do an order but to tell you if I am going to be away and unable to accept a delivery during certain dates which is really helpful. Please don't send me a catalogue by post, I buy via the web and am happy to do it that way not least as a way of saving paper (and your postage costs).

Yet again my plants were delivered to 2 elms gardens, instead of 2 'the elms', elms gardens. As it was so large and heavy, I struggled to get them here and they were up the side of this other house for four days before I found them and then only because I thought they should have been here not because I was informed.
