I just wanted to say thank you very much for delivering my Rubus Beneden so promptly. I was out when it was delivered but I was able to trace its whereabouts due to the tracking system. With reference to my order I wish to convey my appreciation for the service I received from my initial phone call which was answered by a lady who put a lot of effort into my enquiry, she said she would phone me back and she did! She then gave me an honest assessment of the plant. I sent payment and was very please to received the goods two days later. Very well packed plant in good condition. I do not hesitate saying that the all round experience I have had in dealing with Burncoose has been of a high calibre.
